- Business Owner Category: Provide proof of a commercial or industrial license with at least AED 2 million in capital. Show that your company pays at least AED 250,000 in taxes annually.
- Professional Category: Hold a high-level role in fields such as medicine, engineering, science, or technology. Hold a PhD or advanced degree relevant to your field. Have a notable record of achievements.
- Entrepreneurial Category: Establish a company in the UAE with an innovative project. Show substantial funding or investment in the business.
Depending on the category, supporting documents like academic certificates, work experience letters, or business plans might be required. Moreover, having a clean criminal record in both the UAE and home country and valid health insurance and proof of legal income might also be required.
