Eligibility for UAE Retirement Visa application
A retirement visa in Dubai is a long-term visa that allows retired foreigners to live in Dubai. It is valid for five years and can be renewed if the applicant meets the requirements.
- Be at least 55 years old
- Have worked for at least 15 years in or outside the UAE
- Own property worth at least AED 1 million
- Have financial savings of at least AED 1 million or a monthly income of AED 20,000.
